So what I want is to Delegate 'Domain Users' control of 'Site LDAP Protocol
objects' ?

Hello,

I believe that I responded to this already. Exchange 2000 does not have
an LDAP server to querry against. Exchange 2000 uses the Active
Directory ldap for its lookups. In order to query the active directory
(which by default does not allow anonymous lookups) you have to use the
Active Directory Delegation Wizard to give read permissions to those
users that you would like to have access. If you truly want everyone to
have read access then you need to give the everyone (group) read access.

I used to be able to perform LDAP queries against my Exchange 5.5 server
anonymously. What is the procedure for Exchange 2000?
