large (huge) mailboxes

Hi,
I have some users with rather large mailboxes, ranging in size from 2GB to
6GB in some cases. This is on Exchange 2003 Enterprise.
What kinds of issues should I be aware of when dealing with large
mailboxes? Are there any limits to mailbox or PST size (other than store
limits) ?
What process would you recommend for importing a 6GB mailbox? The user's
mailbox is in Outlook. the file is too big to cut to a DVD naturally.
