If using outloot go to profiles and set mail to be delivered to the
account name instead of folders.

outlook

Hello,

What I need to accomplish is simple. When accessing Outlook it downloads
all of the email that is stored on the exchange. But I also need access
to OWA. What steps can you give to me that will keep a copy of each
message on my server when using both Outlook and OWA.

Thank you,

Mike Wysocki
