Hi Steph,
 
You can specify smart host entry in exchange 2003. Specify your Linux
Server name in the smart host entry.  So your exchange can send mail to
SMTP Server.  In Linux server you need to check settings for your
requirement.

Hello, i have two servers : one exchange 2003 on the domain xxx.fr and
an another linux server on the domain xxx.local
 
can i do that : 
 
                    - if a exchange user send a mail to xxx.local
(linux), i want the mail will be delivred only after 20h BUT if the mail
have the "important flag", i would the mail was delivred immediatly.....
