hi,
i already did that before, i regularly check my excahnge mail i can send email
and received from other web mails like yahoo.... the only problem is sending
and receiving from hotmail... anyways,

To a basic troubleshooting
What changed in your environment before you started having this problem, try
reverting back and see what happens
Go to the mail queue for hotmail and clear the mails in the queue and try
resending again.
Check your DNS configuration, go to www.dnsreport.com and run a test against
your domain name to see if your DNS is properly configured.
Lets see what happens after all these, if this does not solve the problem, it
should give us a limelight into what is happening

hi!
it sends a delay notification, then eventually a System undeliverable failure.
it seems like the message is expiring(time out) before it reaches hotmail.
