if you have used shift key while deleting ,,,then you may like to use backup
to restore the brick level emails...

In outlook have you tried going to tools -> recover deleted items (this has
to be done with the deleted items folder highlighted ) ?

I m using exchange server 5.5. By mistake user has deleted folder in outlook
2002.  There are so many important emails in folder. 
 
Is there any way to retrieve that?
