James: Go to the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / MICROSOFT / EXCHANGE / CLIENT / OPTIONS and ADD REG_DWORD " dumpsteralwayson " and set the DATA VALUE to 1. After this restart the OUTLOOK and u would be able to see the option "recover deleted items " under TOOLS. From here u can recover ur deleted folder. Regards.
