how to restore all user mailbox entity

Hi all, 

I have a problem, when i import a .csv file the attribut mailbox for user 
didn't included. Like address, title, city, state, etc.

Can you help me to get a solution so i can import a user mailbox with all it's 
entity?

For your information, my exchange server version is 5.5 SP 4 and the OS in NT 
4.0 SP 6a.
