 Put all the people in a single group. Click modify --- advance---- group. Make
sure you gave a distinguish attribute for the group. Like in custom attribute
15 type the name of this group. or use any think specific for this group.
Ofcourse strings are there for OU's but then who needs it. Do you want me to
write it for you !! ha ha

  That is exactly what I want, but unfortunately, I am unable to create a
working LDAP string that will get me all users / exchange recipients from an
Organizational Unit.

  If you have a working LDAP string, please post it!

  Hi,

  You can add multiple recipient policies on the OU basis. The only thing is
you have to give the correct LDAP string in the filters. And then specify the
priorities that which policy should apply first.

  Give some time to replicated the settings so that RUS can stamp the users
with the correct mail address.

  Thanks,

  Manjeet

Organizational Unit

  Hi,

  I am currently working on a company that has multiple locations. Users are
grouped in Organizational Units by location, so you get something like this:

  Company.local

   Ou=boston

   Ou=Atlanta

  Well, I would like to add a recipient policy to every user (or every exchange
recipient) within an organizational unit.

  Unfortunately, the LDAP query for the recipient policy does not seem to allow
me to add the policy to an OU.

  Any ideas are more than welcome.

  Kind regards,
