help for allow relay to internal mailbox

I have installed MS Exchange .5.5, and i want to allow
relay to internal mailbox, because y have users who
prefer working with Outlook Express, and in this case
I need to allow them do Relay; If I prohibit Relay,
them', they couldn't sent message out of our domain.
I'll really appreciate your help!!!!
