I am using GoodLink, which is now Good Mobile see www.good.com <http://www.good.com/> . It is a client-server solution for wireless PDA-to-Outlook users. I have Exchange 2000 and it ties into the server and delivers my users with Treo's or other smartphones, their Outlook stuff to their PDA's.
