I will assume you have already configured delivery options to forward all incoming email to his new address. This will work for any NEW email. For the old email still in the mailbox, you are stuck with (a) giving the guy POP or OWA access into the mailbox so he can get what he wants himself or (b) use ExMerge to export his mailbox into a .pst file that you can then send this new address. ak -----Original Message----- From: Godfrey Masanja [mailto:gmasanja@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 10 July 2003 15:40 To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] forwarding http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi All; How can I forward the emails existing into a mail box for a user who has moved to a new company and he would like all of the unread emails to be forwarded to the current email address.
