I will assume you have already configured delivery options to forward all
incoming email to his new address. This will work for any NEW email.
For the old email still in the mailbox, you are stuck with (a) giving the guy
POP or OWA access into the mailbox so he can get what he wants himself or (b)
use ExMerge to export his mailbox into a .pst file that you can then send this
new address.

Hi All;
How can I forward the emails existing into a mail box for a user who has moved
to a new company and he would like all of the unread emails to be forwarded to
the current email address.
The situation is say user1@xxxxxxx was an email address into my exchange, user1
then moved to new company where he was given a new email address user@xxxxxxx ,
What I did I created a contact object for the new email address i.e
user@xxxxxxx and the forward emails directed to user1@xxxxxxx ,however the user
is still sayin that he hasn't received all of the unread emails.Can anyone
please help me as to how I can forward all of the unread emails into his former
to his new email address?
Please assist.
