http://www.msexchange.org -------------------------------------------------------Hello, I presume that you are trying this on an Exchange 2003 box. Please understand that lower the priority higher is the preference to any recipient policy. I can think of swapping the priorities or simply use the move to deleted items option for any of the policies. I have setup 2 recipient policies for each database. One of these moves mail older than a certain age to deleted items then the other policy empties the deleted items folder. The priority of these goes as follows: store 1 delete priority 3 store 1 move priority 4 store 2 delete priority 5 store 2 move priority 6 store 3 delete priority 7 store 3 move priority 8 When i get the report for Mailbox manager, only the delete policies are working. I have changed flipped the priorities around to see if that make a difference but I have not tested that yet. Can you only have one policy per database? If so, does anyone have any ideas on how to do what I am trying to do here? thanks, Adam ------------------------------ End of exchangelist Digest V5 #8 ******************************** ------------------------------------------------------- List Archives: //www.freelists.org/archives/exchangelist/ MSExchange Newsletter: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp MSExchange Articles and Tutorials: http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/ MSExchange Blogs: http://blogs.msexchange.org/ ------------------------------------------------------- Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: http://www.techgenix.com ------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe visit http://www.msexchange.org/pages/exchangelist.asp Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------- List Archives: //www.freelists.org/archives/exchangelist/ MSExchange Newsletter: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp MSExchange Articles and Tutorials: http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/ MSExchange Blogs: http://blogs.msexchange.org/ ------------------------------------------------------- Visit TechGenix.com for more information about our other sites: http://www.techgenix.com ------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe visit http://www.msexchange.org/pages/exchangelist.asp Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
