If a user has e-mail address user@xxxxxxx, user@xxxxxxx, he will be able to
receive mails for both the e-mail address. But when he sends e-mail or
replies to it, it will go only by the Primary SMTP address. This is by
design.

You can go to the user account properties -> E-mail addresses Tab and check
which e-mail address is set as the Primary E-mail address. You can any time
change the Primary SMTP address for the user by selecting the address and
choosing the option Set as Primary. 

If you want the user in question to send mails using both the e-mail
address, it is not possible. In case of any further queries, please reply
back

Hi
Maybe I've missed this, but can't seem to track down an answer...

Have Exchange 2003 SP2.

User has several email addresses from different domains that the company
receives email for...

Is there anyway of a user sending an email with another address?

i.e.
Jane Smith as email addresses of jane@xxxxxxxxxxx and jane@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Company.com is the default email address.
Is there a way for the user to have the email sent from jane@xxxxxxxxxxxx
when desired? Don't see an "Account" drop down box either when only one
Exchange account.
