-------------------------------------------------------Hi,
If this is an issue with only one user, it has to be an issue with that
particular mailbox. Below are the steps which I recommend:
1] You can try taking the data into PST from the Outlook Client Side.
2] Remove the Exchange Attributes for the user in question, which will
disconnect the User from the mailbox:
- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and
then click Active Directory Users and Computers.
- Expand Your_Domain, and then click Users.
Note: In this step, Your_Domain is a placeholder for the name of
our domain.
- Right-click the user name in question, click Exchange Tasks
- In the Select a task to perform list, click Remove Exchange
Attributes, and then click Next.
- Click Finish
3] Create a new mailbox for the user, following the same steps mentioned
above. This time please select the option "Create Mailbox"
Note: This new user will get the same SMTP address and all the Exchange
Attributes :-)
4] Log into this new mailbox and import the data back
I am sure the above steps will resolve your issue.
Regards,
Mahesh Warrier

Subject: [ExchangeList] Oddity with Outlook 2000

-------------------------------------------------------Hello all...
We are running EXCH2K fully spacked on 2K Svr also fully spacked.
I have a workstation that, for some odd reason will lose it's ability to
send an email.
She will create a new email and when she clicks the send button, it
depresses and nothing happens, you can click and depress the send button
all day and NOTHING happens. =20
Now, if I create a new profile for her, it begins to work again. For a
short while. The only way I know to fix it at the moment is recreate
her outlook profile.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.
