Hi Raj,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes the GAL is not displayed in the Outlook Address Book. All Clients are
running Outlook 2000. The server has been rebooted.

Have also noticed that clients get the following error when they attempt to
print e-mail.

"No matching entries were found"

I be grateful for any ideas that you have.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Everyone,

We have just installed Service pack 2, on our Exchange 2000 server.
Following the install we appear to have completely lost the Global Address
List. We can still send and receive okay. Nothing else appears to be
wrong, or have gone missing. Any help you can give would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks

Kevin
