If you want to access your OWA from internet then you need two basic things:
 
DNS entry for you OWA server fqdn
Valid IP on internet. 

You need to talk to your ISP for this.  If you have alredy done this and still 
not able to access then please explain your exchange setup with more details.

My server running on sbs2000 and I configured owa, but incant access over the
