If you open IMS, select the Connections tab and then the Timeouts. You can then
change to your preferred settings. You must restart IMS after the change.

timeout

Does anyone know how to freeze the outbound IMS queue in exchange 5.5? Once
the user submits the email the server immediately will contact the host. Is
there anyway to change the timeout so messages stay in the IMS queue for a few
minutes?
Thanks,
James
