Sure. You may not want to though. It makes you subject to dictionary
attacks.

I wrote this a couple of years ago, and it still works just fine:

Subject: [exchangelist] exchange 2000 non-ndr?

http://www.MSExchange.org/

In Exchange 2000, is there a way to deliver an inbound messages
addressed to a non-existent recipient to a "catch all" mailbox so I can
see if senders are using an incorrect address for a valid user?

that is: we have bill @ mydomaincom and a user addresses a message
(incorrectly) to billl @ mydomain.com
can the message to billl @ mydomain.com be delivered to an alternate
recipient and an NDR not be generated?
