even after stopping relay

Hi All,

We are using Exchange server 5.5 with service pack 4.We have stopped
relaying using microsoft document and able to stop spam.
But now spammers are using emailId from our organization like
user@xxxxxxxxxx where domain.com is our own domain name and successfully
able to send spam emails to email addresses to same domain.

for example we are using ourdomain.com.Spammers are using any emailid like
user4@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and send emails to
user1@xxxxxxxxxxxxx,user2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

How to stop this???
