[exchangelist] Exchange Server POP3 and SSLTools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > Advanced, and in the Exceptions box enter the name of your Exchange server, the Exchange System Manager uses HTTP when accessing folder information and if you do not have the Exchange server excluded it will try to send this out using the Proxy and generate the error you are seeing.
