[exchangelist] Exchange Server POP3 and SSLTools > Internet Options >
Connections > LAN Settings > Advanced, and in the Exceptions box enter the
name of your Exchange server, the Exchange System Manager uses HTTP when
accessing folder information and if you do not have the Exchange server
excluded it will try to send this out using the Proxy and generate the error
you are seeing.

Connections settings in IE?

9 times out of 10 this is because IE on that machine is configured
to use a Proxy Server, is this the case with yours?
