email to hotmail yahoo stuck in queue

Hi I have all my hotmail, yahoo msn emails stuck int he queue and they will nto
send on their own. I have already tried useing the externam smtp dns settings
in the default smtp and also taken out the fixup protocol in the cisco
firewall... anyoen have any ideas for me>??
