No! my email is server is not open relay because I have defined IP address
range in exchange 5.5>connection>routing> routing restriction.
If my email server is an open relay then mail should come back immediately
but it returns email after 4 days

When I send email to one of my customers it comes back after 4 or 5 days
with following transcript. My email server is working fine but I only mails
from following users getting back
