Exchange Server 2003 with Outlook 2003?
It's fairly simple. Invest in Secure Messaging with Exchange Server 2003
by Paul Robichaux. It's soup-to-nuts what you need.
There are, of course, other solutions. But this one is built in.

Subject: [exchangelist] e-mail encryption

Is there anyway to setup some type of encryption so our employees can
send information to customers over the internet in a secure manner. What
would be the best way to achieve this?
Should each of our employees setup encryption and send the key to the
people they need to, or is there a more global means of doing the same
