I think the two articles below should help. I'm afraid I have never actually
done it. Be aware that it is an "all or nothing operation" as the text will
be added to ALL smtp messages regardless and depending on your setup this
may not be desirable.

Also I think you may be pleasantly surprised by Exclaimer. It is only £199 +
VAT for a single server and has much better functionality.
