Only way to "fix" is to disconnect from the Internet. ;)
That is a standard spam tactic, and unless you want to risk losing the
bosses e-mail because he sends e-mail to himself, there is not much you can
do about it, accept in a weighting system.

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if there's a way to fix this. Users are getting a lot of
emails where the 'from' field is the same as the 'to' field. i've checked
the headers and i know that those emails did not originate from our domain.
