account within AD, there is a section on accept messages from

My executive management want to restrict the .allcompany distribution
list to a select few people that can send to it.  Can anyone point to be
a KB article that describes how to do this?  Is this even possible?
Yes, you can still highlight the entire company in the global address
book; the idea being this would force people to be a little more
