Was this person recently moved to another computer? Was archiving on and a
pst exists somewhere?

Subject: [ExchangeList] dissapearing emails

Good morning.

I have a customer that has no rules set, yet all of his July 07 emails are
gone. I went to the system manager for exchange 2003, and did a search on
his email address-all emails show up in there. Any ideas on how to get them
to the outlook 2003 client again?

I also checked to make sure that he did not have a pst file.

Thanks in advance

Gabriel

No. But give it a shot, if you have any questions implementing post again and
I will support you. Ran this a few times before so shouldn't be an issue
supporting any issues you run into.

Glen Scales has event sink here. Not that event sinks don't fire on MAPI sent

Depending on your exchange version, you could put this mailbox in its own
mailbox store for separate journaling.

Or if using Exchange 2007 then the Journaling agent on a hub transport
server, through which all messages must travel, can journal a archive
messages to/from a specific mailbox.

If you already use journaling, is it feasible to allow the manager to query
the archive content?
