[ExchangeList] Re: dissapearing emails

I checked the dumpster and there is nothing there.  The whole month of
July is gone in his outlook client.  Yet when I go to system  manger (on
the server) and go to tolls and find emails with his email address
ggg@xxxxxxxxxxxx server= exserver & select the dates all of the emails
are in there.

Did you right click the mailbox - firsrname lastname, right click
advanced find, click find now, sort by date? Can you confirm messages
before July 07 are gone? I would check to your dumpster, tools recover
deleted items.

Good morning.

 

I have a customer that has no rules set, yet all of his July 07 emails
are gone.  I went to the system manager for exchange 2003, and did a
search on his email address-all emails show up in there.  Any ideas on
how to get them to the outlook 2003 client again?

 

I also checked to make sure that he did not have a pst file.
