Re: dialup OWA to exchange server 2000

You may need to click on START, LOG OFF ...., then log on as the same username 
and password (at least username) to the local computer, then give it another 
try.

We had a similar situation with an employee who was trying to access her email 
via OWA from home.  That solved the problem.
