Hi Buddy,
Running forestprep and domainprep is harmless. you could do that if you are
sitting idle.
The first time forestprep is run, it will expand the schema to accommodate
exchange attributes.Its not reversible. Domain prep creates groups and
places the accounts created into this group for exchange admin to do his
work.. There by resetting permission issues. If you have any custom
permission settings(Exch 2003only) then domain prep will not modify it.
