Have you tried creating those rules from outlook or from OWA?

Try it from both and see how it works.

Hi everyone

I am a bit confused on this case. I want to create a rule that all email
from somedomain.com go to a folder. I tried *@domain.com and
@domain.com. Even looking in sender's address looking for the word
domain.com didn't help.

Second I would like to create a rule that all internal peoples email be
in a folder so I tried making the rule by looking in global address list
but that didn't work either. What is the tricky part I am missing?
