I think this is a telnet setting - "local echo".  You can configure this
by starting telnet and then typing "set localecho".

I Tried that as well. I can see everything until I connect to Port 25 on
my Exchange server. 
I even tried to use Hyper Terminal. 
Does anyone know if Exchange prohibits users viewing the Command
prompts?
Is there a work around?
