Not a clear answer, but you could always have a PTR record for each IP
address that the firewall has.

Subject: [exchangelist] cluster exchange sending from computer IP versus
virtual IP

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I have a clustered Exchange 2003 (on two servers). Sending and receiving is
okay with the exception of outgoing emails not being from the virtual IP
address but either one of the two clustered server. This is creating
problems for reverse dns lookup because of the NAT on the firewall
translating the virtual IP to the public.

Thanks,

Shawn.
