changing domain name

Hello everybody,
I have few questions to ask you, please help me regarding this issue
I am using Exchange 5.5 on NT 4.0, our domain is for example xyz.com, now
we are going to change our domain name from xyz.com to abc.com, my question
is that, what changes I have to make in exchange server 5.5 and popbeamer ??
Please send me solution in step by step, and easy to use.
