cc:Mail router functionality in Exchange

In an effort to lower costs and control access, I am looking for a way to
poll my retail stores and forward their Exchange email to them. Since I
have 150 or so, I would rather call them instead of them calling me. I
used to do this with cc:Mail Router before we switched to Exchange. What
would be a good way of doing this with Exchange 5.5 or Exchange 2000?
