can't send email to hotmail accounts in Exchange 2003

Hello everybody, I installed GFI MailEssentials and added *@hotmail.com
int the whitelist. I did that with yahoo.com yahoo.co.uk etc...
I can send emails to yahoo but not hotmail, hotmail stops in the queue.
