RE: cannot see Global address list in outlook

It looks like it's fixed. I added another GAL and then deleted the user
profile in outlook and recreated it. It pulls up fine. Thank you again.

Have you tried removing the Outlook Profile and recreating it again?

        Mark, I confirmed that the setting in the article was set
approp. I restarted outlook and my machine but it still doesn't work.
For some reason I feel like it's some type of restrictions on
permissions, but I don't know. Of course if I type in
name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx then it obviously works fine. (Never mind that's
beside the point) But I don't know.....???? I'll keep lookin'.

        Hello, I just reinstalled E2k last night and I'm having problems
seeing

        the GAL from the outlook clients. I'm running outlook 2002. I
can send

        and receive email fine to other users, but I have to type in the

        internet name. Can someone please help me? Any help would be
