Not sure, but you may want to set custom route settings that attempts
sending mail to the yahoo and hotmail coonectors first. When messages are
destined for other domains, they should then automatically go to the lower
priority connector. The way you have it setup now, all the routes are equal
in cost and mail never has a chance to be filtered by the hotmail and yahoo
connectors. This should solve your issue I think. Can anyone confirm?

I tried this in my exchange 2000, created a smtp with address space
yahoo.com and hotmail.com. But the mail is still going to this domain.

FYI there is already a SMTP connector created for address space *. So there
are 2 connectors.

Is this is creating a problem ?

Create an SMTP Connector, set the address space on the connector to be
hotmail.com, yahoo.com etc, and then set the Max Message Size to be 0 (zero)
