The security features included with Outlook 2002 can be divided into the
following three distinct parts: 
Blocking of potentially unsafe attachments. 
Confirmation of programmatic access to e-mail addresses. 
Confirmation of automatic sending of e-mail messages. 

I used it and is very good.

Just search in the knowledge base of symantec, give the query as "how to
block email attachments"

 Not sure about Mcafee ,never used it.

I got it from symantec site. Am able to block the required extensions now. I
believe we can't do it with exchange server.
