block email from going to certain addresses

Hi
I am trying to figure out how to block outbound email addressed to certain
addresses from being sent. A partner of ours has an email address on their
website that has been picked up by someone and they are using that address
to send virus' in. My mail AV sends a notice to the sender advising them
of this and I need to stop these notices from being sent to this
particular address.
I am using Exchange 2003.
Any ideas?
