Couldn't you then go ahead and create a separate Adminstrators2 group, add that admin to it, but make it have control over everything BUT your account? New to Ex2k + AD, but that 's my best guess. -Josh PS. If I'm completely off base, could someone let me know. -- Joshua Etterman Complete College Solutions 513 W. If you did that to the other Admin, specifically Denied his account, couldn't he still undo the Deny or just give permission to a non-admin account and read it that way? -----Original Message----- From: Littlejohn, David [mailto:dlittlejohn@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, December 23, 2002 12:27 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: block email VIEWING from another administrator http://www.MSExchange.org/ Why are you worried that the other administrator would be reading your Email? If that is a problem, then that person should probably NOT be an administrator. As far as I know, there is no way to block an administrator from a mailbox, but maybe someone else might know better than I. -----Original Message----- From: Jared Johnson [mailto:jaredsjazz@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, December 23, 2002 3:17 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] block email VIEWING from another administrator http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi All, I'm the administrator of my company network. However, we also have another administrator. We're on Exchange 5.5 on Win NT network. Is there a way I can block the other administrator from accessing my email box and reading my messages? Thanks!
