Hmm.. I may have misunderstood this, but why would he need to create an MX record for a server that he is not managing?

Hi,

Hope you will have Blackberry (webmail) account.

You have to create on MX record in your exchange and
add BB account email address.

Go that that user account and chose to forward mails
to that MX record email address.

and keep delevery to both account option selected.

then vorwarded using a SMTP contact(separate entry
