I'm running Exchange 5.5 sp4. I checked and plain text and html are both

Are you running on Exchange 2000? If so check the Default Internet
Message Formats under Global Settings - Internet Message Formats -
Default - Properties -
Message Format tab : Check your MIME encoding settings
Advanced tab : Check your Exchange rich text format settings
Let me know the settings in these tabs.

It happens randomly. However, the people on the other side can receive
Word
documents from other people. I am stumped!
Thanks!
