From another PC do Start-RUN then type:

\\PCNAME\c$

Then explore to : \Documents and Settings\USERPROFILE\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK

does anyone know where outlook saves an attachment if you were editing
it?
one of my users got an email with an excel attachment and were editing
it within the email and kept hitting "save" but when they closed the
email and opened it again, all their changes were gone. the email was
not in "drafts" or "my docs" or anywhere in their profile dir.

they are running outlook 2003

thanks for any insights
