Gopi,
Auto archiving feature in Outlook does this for you. Right click on the
calendar folder - Properties - Autoarchive. You can set the options you
need.

        Hi All,

        Is there a quick/easy way to delete all appointment/schedule for
the past one month? in outlook? we are using Exchange5.5 with SP4 on
Windows NT4.0 server and the client is Outlook 2000.
