Also, upgrade to XP SP1 first, if you're going to.

XP SP1 breaks the .NET adminpak beta 3, and after SP1 the beta 3 cannot
be uninstalled without the use of the windows installer cleanup.

Then you have to use the .NET adminpak RC1.

If you already have the .NET Admin Pack loaded, then you are going to
have problems trying to run the Exchange System Manager on that machine,
the steps must be carried out in the order shown for it to work.

Microsofts official answer is to use Microsoft Terminal Services, but
this method has worked for me and many others, but it is not supported
by Microsoft.

1. Install Microsoft Windows 2000 SP2 Admin Pack
2. Install Exchange 2000 System Manager
3. Install Exchange 2000 SP2
4. Uninstall Windows 2000 SP2 Admin Pack
5. Install Windows .NET Server Beta 3 Admin Pack

HI,
How do I add Exchange to my MMC in windows XP Pro, so I can administer
it like Windows 2000. I have mmc with DNS, WINS, DHCP, and AD for users
& computers, but don't have ISA or Exchange. Tried installing it from
Exchange CD, but was not successful. Thanks
