Xchange 2000 Global Address Book Recovery

My exchange 2000 server completely crashed with a blue screen which I
was unable to recover; however, I made the hard drive as slave and
copied the entire exchange folder and some other exchange related folder
to a new hard drive.  How can I recover my old Global Address Book so
that I can place it on my new exchange server?
