Work Flow

Can Exchange do work flow? We use another piece of software that people
use to reserve a room and it makes double entry. They want this form to
deliver food request and room setup to different groups of people in the
Hospital? So I want to create SOMETHING in exchange that will attach
itself to a room, food, and any equiptment that that person will need for
that resource. Is this possible. Please advise.
