It's the same users from their homes all the time, so it's on a mix of
Cable Modems and T-1 lines. No Proxy servers involved. The all have XP
with IE 6 SP1. It's not a firewall issue as I can access it from my home
no problem with the same configuration as do others.

Can you tell more about the exact scenario... does it happen to
them all the time... have they tried it from the place where you are
using your XP from, are you behind a firewall or something... are they
using a proxy server to access internet ...

Quick question for all those out there, has anyone ever
had a problem using OWA from an Windows XP Pro box? I have a couple of
customers who claim that OWA doesn't load for them, it just hangs after
loading a couple items with the obligatory loading.... prompt in the
window. I have XP Pro and can not replicate this error nor can I find
anything useful on TechNet (what a shock). If anyone has run across just
such a scenario please let me know your experience.

                 Thanks
